The 2009 US Cup, presented by Specialized, features the Kenda Cup East and the Kenda Cup West Series.
Our mission: "to establish a national mountain bike series that creates synergies between race organizers, and its pro/amateur athletes. These mountain biking events will showcase our nations finest riders while fostering the development of new talent in a way that makes economic sense for organizers and participants alike." Join us at Fisher Farm Park for the Shootout Series. Fast fun, casual racing, the perfect place to prep for the US Cup/Kenda Cup East race--Cowbell Summer Solstice Cross Country.
Weekly cash payouts for top three finishers in open classes will be 50 percent of registration fees collected per race. Points will be awarded at the end of each race in order to determine the series winners. No rain dates are scheduled--if a race is cancelled because of rain, the next race will be double points.
Grab your friends, and give it a try, the more who race, the more you can win!
To be eligible for cash payouts, racers must compete in at least four of the six races, and anyone who competes in all six will receive half off the entry fee to the Cowbell Summer Solstice.

Cowbell Summer Solstice Cross Country Race
We are proud and excited to be a part of the inaugural US Cup Mountain Bike Series, presented by Specialized. Cowbell Summer Solstice XC is Race #4 in the Kenda Cup East Series. Held at spectator-friendly Fisher Farm Park, Cowbell Summer Solstice XC will feature an 8-plus mile loop. Equal cash payout in the Pro Men's and Women's catgories, with great merchandise prizes for Cat 1, 2, 3, Youth and Kids.
Racers will get really awesome swag from both Kenda and Cowbell , a Kenda Cup East T-shirt and water bottle. Plus, one lucky registrant will be randomly chosen to receive a trip to Las Vegas, for InterBike and the US Cup Pro Series final.
